Approximate Container Sizes Available
Our multi-family containers range in size from 35, 65, and 95-gallon carts to 2,3,4, and 6 cubic yard bins with regular weekly service from Monday through Saturday. In addition, 3 and 4 cubic yard split bins are available for locations with limited space to support a recycle program. Special service such as locking containers and wheel out services may be arranged to assist with special needs.Construction/Demolition Box
Our 40 yard boxes are recommended for large construction projects and demolition waste hauling. Service is provided on a will call basis or with regularly scheduled pick-ups.Concrete/Asphalt Box
Our 10 yard concrete/asphalt boxes are recommended for projects requiring concrete, asphalt and disposal of all dense material. Service is provided on a will call basis or with regularly scheduled pick-ups.Clean-up Bins
Our 3 yard clean-up bins are for tighter locations and smaller projects with limited space. Service is provided on a will call basis or with regularly scheduled pick-ups. -
Waste Audits
CR&R offers waste audits for businesses and multifamily complexes seeking to improve their current recycling and waste programs. Our trained staff will evaluate your waste stream from the inside out so that we may create a total waste and recycling program customized to your business. We will maximize the amount of recycling with a goal of reducing your overall waste collection cost. Mixed Recycling
CR&R's Mixed Recycling Program is a must have for those businesses that generate a variety of recyclables like plastic bottles/containers, glass bottles/containers, aluminum, mixed paper and cardboard. All of these types of items may be mixed together in a 2, 3, or 4 yard bin for collection. Smaller quantity generators may order 35, 65 or 95 gallon automated containers. A Recycling Specialist will provide you with all of your options and work with you to implement a successful program. -
Bulky Items
Items that cannot properly fit in your container, such as a chair or desk, are considered bulky items and require a special pick up. Business owners are entitled to four (4) bulky item pickups per year, with ten (10) items per pickup. Additional pickups for commercial customers can be requested for a fee. -
Hazardous Waste
Hazardous waste, Electronic Waste, or Universal Waste MAY NOT be disposed of in your bins. Hazardous waste includes paint and paint thinners, automotive car care products, computer equipment, monitors, televisions, cellular phones, batteries, and products containing mercury. Please dispose of Hazardous waste properly to ensure the safety of yourself and our staff. -
Organics
STATE LAW SB 1383
Beginning January 1, 2022, Senate Bill 1383 requires businesses and multifamily properties to subscribe and participate in organic waste collection.Ways your business or multi-family complex can comply with law:
Business Organic Waste
Subscribe to organics services: CR&R has developed a food scrap recycling program to assist businesses in complying with State law. Food scraps include fruits, vegetables, bread, fish, meat, etc. Please contact CR&R’s Customer Service department at (949) 662-3819 to start organics service.
Food Donation: Donate food to a food bank or other food rescue organization. Source reduction through food donation is an acceptable program and helps fight hunger in the community.
Landscaping services: If you contract with a landscape company, have them take your green waste to a composting/recycling facility.
