In business since 1963, CR&R’s mission has been to provide our customers with consistent, safe, worry-free and sustainable waste and recycling services. From the moment you sign up for service to the moment that service is delivered, we strive to offer all of our customers a hassle free experience. But our job is not complete after your materials are collected: CR&R also has an extensive network of processing facilities that can manage every facet of your waste stream including solid waste, recyclables, green waste, food waste, construction and demolition waste, electronic waste and a number of other materials. Through our extensive collection and processing systems, we strive to reduce the negative impact that solid waste can potentially have on our environment for generations to come. Senior Discount Qualification and Information
If you are a City of Colton resident, age 65 years or older, you may qualify for a 10% Senior Discount! Here’s what you will need to do in order to apply:
- You must have a valid and current State issued, picture ID showing your birth date and Colton address.
- You must be the primary account holder and living at the address shown on your picture identification.
- You must have three 64-gallon carts only, larger carts are not eligible for the discount

Please take your completed application to the City’s utility billing counter located at City Hall.
Please be prepared to show proof of required identification.
If approved, your account will be qualified for the discount and the City of Colton will notify you when the discount will be applied.
